These terms cover your use of Luqora, a personal-style organization app for iOS. By using the app you agree to them. We've kept them short and in plain language.
Everything you put in Luqora — items, photos, notes, outfits — is yours. We don't claim ownership of it. We store and sync it only to provide the app to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export it or delete it at any time from within the app.
Use Luqora for your own personal style cataloging. Don't use it to break the law, infringe others' rights, or abuse the Style Check sharing feature to send unwanted or harmful content to others.
Style Check user content. Style Check lets you share outfits and lets others submit ratings, comments, and suggestions. That is user-generated content. There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour. You can report any shared Style Check or any response from inside the app or the web link; senders can remove responses and block respondents. We review every report and remove violating content and the responsible users, typically within 24 hours. By submitting a response you confirm it is lawful and not abusive.
Luqora uses Anthropic's Claude API to generate item details (auto-fill) and outfit suggestions. These are automated suggestions — they can be wrong or imperfect, and you should treat them as starting points, not authoritative results.
Luqora is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We work to keep it reliable and your data safe, but we can't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that syncing will never fail. Keep your own backups using the in-app export.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
We may update these terms. We'll update the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, notify you in the app. Continuing to use Luqora after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
